Justice: Davido's Uncle Senator Ademola Adeleke declared Osun State governor-elect

The election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja concerning Osun state election has declared senator Ademola Adeleke the candidate of the peoples' democratic party (PDP ) the winner of the Osun State September 2018 governorship election, the tribunal had order INEC to issue a certificate of return to him as duly Elect.
The opposition party during the trial had employed all kind of legal strategies to kick out the petition filed by senator Adeleke for lack of merit, but were unsucessful.

during the election trial the tribunal held that the rerun election was Null and Void, Gboyega Oyetola of the All progressive congress party APC did not win the highest votes Ab initio but Adeleke did.

David took to his Instagram to post a video to celebrate his Uncle. The singer wrote: "Adura  @ademolaadeleke_01 Osun State Governor -Elect !  The sun is shining over Osun as we speak! Jubilations worldwide ! JUSTICE !!"

Atiku and his running mate Peter Obi have sent their congratulation message to the senator, while Oyetola  the APC candidates  vowed that they will not accept the judgement and promises to appeal the case.
